The data that air compressors need to know is different for different air compressors. It is necessary to match the appropriate air compressor according to the specific use scenario. After understanding the basic data of this series of air compressors, it is better to purchase.


  1. The outlet temperature of the micro-oil screw air compressor head is below 85℃ for air-cooled machines and below 80℃ for water-cooled machines. High temperature tripping will occur if it exceeds 110℃;


  2, the vibration value of the screw air compressor's head: the vibration value of the main engine of the air compressor should be less than 7.5mm/s;


   3. The temperature difference between cooling water input and output is about 15 degrees. Too large or too small indicates that there is a problem with the cooling system. And the cooling water flow rate is 3.7 liters/sec or more;


  4. The ambient temperature of the air compressor is 0-40℃. Too high will cause the temperature of the host to be too high, and too low will cause difficulty in starting the air compressor;


  5. After the oil is separated, the exhaust oil content is about 1-5ppm (GA55-90 machine is only 2ppm), the general oil content in compressed air is: 3ppm;


  6, the computer board shows: the air filter pressure difference value is lower than -0.05ba, the filter element must be replaced;


  7. Air filter particles: 98% for 1 micron; 99.5% for 2 micron; 99.9% for 3 micron;


   8. The filter particles of the oil filter: 10μm; the filtration precision of the oil can reach 0.1μm;


  9. Generally, the differential pressure of the newly replaced oil is about 0.2bar; the maximum differential pressure of the oil and gas separator cannot exceed 0.8bar, and it should be replaced immediately if it exceeds;


  10, the flash point temperature of the air compressor oil is 200℃, and the freezing point is -20℃;
